All-Star Warm-ups

Not too long ago I watched Cali teams in the warm-up room prior to taking the mat, and man those kids are disciplined! Every Athlete looked exactly the same, it was jaw dropping. High v Jacks, Kicks, Stretches. Other gyms had a similar warm-up but they were not as impressive to watch in my opinion.
Anyone feel like spilling the beans on their warm-up/stretch routine? LOL (what you do, #of reps ect.)
