No pictures. Slows down the site and takes up space (especially when you can just make photo albums for free in so many places).

The reason that is bad is because a forum is a group conversation. When you start tagging individuals you make one side conversations that are hard for anyone but the two people talking to follow (that is what the software developer told me).
Just for ACE, you can have this pop up for his alert whenever someone mentions his name:

How about access to Spell Check? I really hate sending communications which represent my lack of ability to proof read my own material and miss the errors, Spell Check is a great step up for me.
Some type of online learning module training me with the options available on Fierce Board. Having an educational background from the class room on Main Street to the board rooms on Wall Street my interest is focused upon clear accurate timely communications, not blogging. If your target market is more on the blogging side then I will understand, either way Thanks for asking & considering input!
FireFox has spell check in it, if you don't mind changing your browser :)

I use Google Chrome. It is fact and spell checks for me although I don't always notice the suggestions.
