I agree it is very late, But they should have complained prior to their kids competing if they were concerned about the wet mats or time. Not to mention almost every large all girl team had falls on day one which were inside and early in the morning. I am against a redo!

I mean, the problem with this is that IF they did go again tomorrow EVERYONE will be upset regardless. I mean, we'll hear the complaints of "well, we did well yesterday and this third day sucked"

The fact, that these coaches are even having a discussion with USASF makes me laugh. WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO at USASF thought this a good idea? It's not working, though its pretty "cool" to do.

I'm no rocket scientist, but I have experienced years of cheerleading.....and not once, have I ever thought competing late was a good idea. What a bunch a buffoons or maybe............ just money hungry people.

They didnt redo last year when supposely there was a dead spot on the mat during large coed.

I just wish SE and orange refused to even compete in these conditions. They both had teams out there for coed. If the floor was wet they should have known. Had they both refused to let the top 2 teams compete and finish the division that would have spoke volumes! Anything now is after the fact and USASF doesn't have to own up to if they don't want.

The issue is if the mat was wet I imagine it got progressively worse as the night went on and it created a potentially unfair situation for the later teams.

That is likely true!
