I don't know much about cysts. But I can give you a few tip that might help ease the pain from tumbling. For sure see a doctor and possibly a sports medicine specialist to ensure that no complications arise from tumbling with a cyst.
In general I notice a lot of people who complain of wrist pain have what I like to call "short tumbling." They are usually more flexible in their lower back or just have improper technique. Their handspring are high, their handstand seem to jump to the ground, and back walkovers seems like they could be done using only a quarter of a panel.
This up-and-down motion of tumbling puts a tremendous amount of pressure on the wrists and can cause overuse injuries such as sprains, strains, and ever fracture if not corrected. By lengthening your tumbling, force is transfered more slowly and the trauma to the wrist is lessened.
I know that your source of pain is a cyst, not the pounding from tumbling on the wrist joint, but by lengthening your skills such as the reach into your roundoff, and your back handspring, the more careful weight transfer might reduce the pain. With a combination of adjusting technique, strengthening of your forearm, and working with a qualified physician who can recommend other treatments, your main can be minimized and hopefully no longer affect your tumbling.
