Sidebar- me and my friend went to are trainer so she can gets some ice. Our trainer jokingly says cheerleaders aren't allowed on Wednesdays...no doubt what came next. Our trainer thought it was a rap song.

At our gym if you dont wear a bow, you get punished. Usually laps...

You just better wear a bow and it's all good! :)

I love this rule!

yes! That's what they do at my gym. They give you extra conditioning at the end of practice! like, how hard is it to wear a bow?!

WOW. Seriously gorgeous!! I LOVE everything about this! I like how it says All-stars (??) on the band of the shorts, but I do wish the FORCE on the sports bra was a little higher up.
