The judges reaction alone is worth watching this video.Oh my gosh, those judges cracked me up! They are all like, WTF?
that is one of the only gyms I have seen that post online their teams under jr.it makes me extremely uncomfortable that they will post FULL names of minis/youths etc. inappropriate.
What gym?that is one of the only gyms I have seen that post online their teams under jr.
ahhhhh, just checking.the gym that alyss goes to: universal cheer and gymnastics.
my gym would never do that.. mini, youth, even open would never have full names onlinethat is one of the only gyms I have seen that post online their teams under jr.
Yeah it is really weird when gyms decide to post who are on teams...I can understand to a certain point, because who doesn't want to brag that they have "this" or "that" cheerlebrity on their teams or even to give the members a sense of pride that they are part of a gym. I mean from a purely business stand point it helps gyms with branding and gives fans/consumers a sense of participation. But regardless, they posted ALL of their teams, even LEVEL 1 TINY! Those kids are like what? 3 or 4 years old? I just wonder how many of their parents know that there child's name is being posted on the gym's website for everyone to see. If they do and are ok with it, awesome! I just feel a little unnecessary. :)my gym would never do that.. mini, youth, even open would never have full names online
Nobody ever denied there were exceptions to the norm, the issue was how she was going about it and not just letting her daughter progress naturally. If she was truly ready her coached would probably have been assisting her.I know Im late to the party, but Kiara was doubling at 6 and tons of girls double at 8. And I've seen mini 3 teams at multiple comps and I doubt those 6 year olds with tucks started bridging before 5. And I know I have seen 4 year olds on saltocafe doing multiples on Youtube, and theyre a very well respected gymnastics program.
Plus I know of at least two five year olds with fulls.
Granted I would never as a coach start a kid that early, but I don't think she deserves all the hate-fire she's getting. This isn't Salem, it's Fierceboard.
