Believe it or not, a toe touch isn't all flexibility, a lot of it is strength, so you have enough power to snap your legs up, and manage to get them together before you meet the ground again... You also have to learn how to rotate your hips completely under you, if your chest is down, its going to make this much more difficult.. when doing a toe touch, keep your legs closer in, try to get your knees to your arm pits,.. the wider the angle of your straddle, the more difficult it will be to get your legs "head high".. I could go on and on for days about how to help your toe touch, so if anybody has questions, I would love to helpHow do you stretch to get your jumps so hyper extended like that? I get great height on my jumps and I stretch all time, but apparently I'm stretching wrong because my toe touch doesn't hyper exend.
