Cheersuziestan .... Rebecca didn't earn that distinction, clearly.
LMAO! I could also go for the phrase, like... "I pulled my kid from all-star cheer and all I got was this pretty sweet tropical country."

And teasing combs grow on trees...As long as a tan is part of it...of course ;)
And yes i generally do think Vipers are the greatest thing since sliced bread but I would just come out and say it if all the stuff that you THOUGHT I was implying ... If I was actually implying it. I wouldn't beat around the bush. Thanks for reading my reply though
I know lol that's why I admitted it! But I felt vipers was brought into it when all I said was I wouldn't be happy not going to big comps. I never meant for vipers to be brought up in this thread because that's not even what it was about. I just feel because I do generally say how great they are others just assumed that was the whole reason I jumped in this thread and it obviously wasn't!Not directed at you, just a jumping point from what you said. I've said for years, everyone thinks their gym is the best, until they don't anymore. You should, or else why would you be there. This is why no one can be truly subjective about their own gym or teams.
With flowers that bloom into bows[emoji6]I like Cheertopia.

I've always joked that it's cheaper than rehab (keep them too busy and too tired to get into any trouble). So far so good.
Dh and I would have no problem with our oldest taking a gap year (and mentioned it quite a few times) but she's afraid if she took the time off she wouldn't have the same drive to start college as she does now as a HS senior.Back in Australia (where I'm originally from), there's a HUGE gap year culture, and at most schools it's pretty normal to take a year off before college. Most travel, but some work for a year and play sports/do other activities while they're still eligible for a school-aged team. Some put college off indefinitely and return a few years later with no trouble.
I think it's a fantastic idea to take some time off. ..The problem is that taking time off of college is so much more difficult here in the US, not just because of university policies which aren't often friendly to gap yearers, but also because we pay full fees, so cheering as a super senior could eat through college money. In Aus, the government pays for half our tuition costs...
Maybe due to the NCA thread. But people haven't been posting there for days......they can't.Random but Ben and Courtney have retweeted Maddie Gardner's message to Fierceboard from 2012...
Courtney Pope Says.. on Twitter: "Maddie Gardners' post from 2012 will always relate to current issues. http://t.co/31eo70z0T8"
Is anything mean being said at the moment? Perhaps because of NCA? I just find it odd... I mean, if that were the case I wouldn't be surprised. I just hope that this isn't the impression that everyone has of Fierceboard.
I know. Some meanie closed it. [emoji22]. Hi @mstealtoyou. .Maybe due to the NCA thread. But people haven't been posting there for days......they can't.
I am sure it is both, but that tweet and the one about Christmas lights leaves me scratching my head. A lot of pot and kettle going on there [emoji53]I get the feeling that the retweet is in response to the general negativity going around social media and not directed solely at fierce board.

They really make us "fierce boarders" sound like horrible people.
The preteens in Youtube/Instagram comments should be their enemy, those kids are ruthless. We are.
