It's not that simple. 'Affect' can also be a noun, as in "a flat affect", and 'effect' can be used a verb, as in "to effect a change".
I know, I'm talking normal colloquial usage. When people say things like, "it effected me"; "it had a big affect". Grrrr, kills me.
 
I have coworkers that say "liberry" and I'm just like...how? You work here.


I also hate when I'm called a "liberrian"
Whenever my dad would hear someone say "liberry" he would ask them if they were going to check out a blueberry book.

ETA: It actually doesn't sound that funny now that I reread this, but I think my dad's jokes are hilarious.

All Dad's jokes are hilarious, some people just do not appreciate good humor.
