I would recommend doing a lot of bounder jumps and also jumping, landing in a squat position, holding and then jumping from there. It seems like you need the strength in your legs to get the height in addition to the ankle weights and the stretching.

Also, check on your whip approach, you really need some strength in that to help get max height.
