It was rumored Jeff was just the "face" of Varsity and didn't make any decisions, then I saw that coed teams are required to stunt (mid-season), ah a wrench in the system, JEFF is back!! Common Kingston, if you can fix him you can fix ANYTHING!!You know, this guy Kingston is pretty funny regardless of everthing else. Hey Jeff, if he will stop talking to himself long enough, hire this guy Kingston and virtually all of cheer's issues will be resolve, within a month.

I think your aiming high I think more like 24Within four weeks of King's hire, I predict a Oval Office signing of a Presidental Order defining All Star Cheer as the one true sport in the United States, and no teams > 30 athletes.

All joking aside, my day job is technology and I know quite a bit about it. I run the second largest site in cheerleading on a very modest budget and run into few, if any, problems. I am a firm believer in if you want things to change, you gotta do something about it. I have sent emails before to different people in the industry about how to fix things (be it on the floor, scoresheet, or technology). I dont know if you remember but the athlete registration system that goes in effect next year was my idea started on the board. Now, unfortunately, I have nothing to do right now with how it is being executed, but all the same it is needed. So if I freely present an idea that costs little to execute, makes money, AND makes your customers happy... why wouldnt people do it?
This may hurt your feelings, but on this issue and in theory in this post, I think you are exactly right.
Be careful some people don't like talk of adult actions. lolI'm pretty sure I would pay more than $10. There are people that pay way more than $10 for entertainment for 4 months. That's cheaper than 1 drink in NYC
Technology can be used very inexpensively to enhance online experiences, if you have the right person in place.
King,
Take a look at this link and see the decline in visitors: http://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/varsity.com# - it shows it went up 43% over 3 months and then declined 10% in the last month.
I don't know how it may relate, or if at all. I also do not have the link for where the videos are, and that fluctuation in visitors may not be measured on Alexa or elsewhere, except within Varsity's own traffic stats. Either way, I am not giving them any more money than I have to. I have a HUGE issue with them.
