Hey everyone. I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but this is the closest thing I saw.
I'm on an All-Star Team, Senior 4, and it's my first year at this new gym. We had tryouts a few months ago, and I made both rounds, and am now on the team. Unfortunately, the Senior Co-Ed 5, didn't have many boys tryout, and the owner of the facility has decided to merge our two teams, leaving us with approximately 35 athletes, with a max of of 21. Tonight is the new round of tryouts since they need a a 'set in stone' team to begin putting together our routine. This wouldn't be too daunting, except I've come down with the flu; aches and pains, sore throat, exhaustion and a runny nose. Anyways, I was wondering if anyone had some tips to make it through the practise. It is not an option to stay home, and I'm in desperate need of something to keep me going. Do you have any medications, home remedies or advice?
Thank you so much,
Lily
