I’m kind of sad this weekend is almost over. It seems the board isn’t very active anymore and it’s been so fun to be watching with y’all like old times.
Cheer truly is like Hotel California. We took this year off but watch for Phoebe back at CA for her Super Senior year! It seems fitting to end where she started!

I stepped back from coaching this year for the most part, and it’s made me remember why I love cheer and being with the kids. I haven’t sat and watched routines other than worlds in years, and even then it’s only some teams

it’s weird how space makes your realize why you love it! I’m so glad to be on the boards during events. Y’all get it haha

WE BLACK OPS KILLED IT.

2 THINGS:

1. That center dancer is LIFE.

2. Center in standing tumbling does a toe full then straight to standing full. Dang.

The only issue that I saw with Black Ops was the guy fall after his double.

I just yelled upstairs to my offspring: "HEY. ARE YOU IN BED?"

So that is where my parenting is right now. Don't call CPS.

Also in case you thought we were done with crazy things happening this weekend - don't forget Wild and Cali Coed are super close in scores. As are Champion Cheer and Super Seniors! I'd love to see more hitting to end the night!

I know it's super hard, but CU has missed an incredible amount of deductions this weekend, particularly in the pyramids.

Agree, this weekend has a blast. My kids and husband probably wouldn’t agree.

NCA is the event that just gets me every year, even more than worlds. My season ended last weekend and it’s the time of year I’m more motivated than ever... I seriously need to just map out the routine now when I’m all inspired by these crazy teams.

Few things:

Smoed coming in 3rd with 2 BF is actually impressive. I was thinking like 5th.
M6 jumped from 6th to 2nd!
OMG ELECTRIC! I wasn't expecting that!
