All-Star Need Help With Uniform Design!

I don't know, if anyone remembers but you guys helped us win a good amount of money and FINALLY after over a year, our headcoach seems to have agreed to buying new uniforms.

And as I know, you guys are awesome uniform designers,I'd really love your input on this.
We haven't yet decided on the arm lenght for the boys' unis. For the girls we are leaning towards crop tops for the first time with the option of making it a long top if someone feels really uncomfortable.
as the uniforms will be collected after every game and comp and are not bought by each person, the best solution would be a design that allows a girl to put on a bodysuit or something like that underneath the reagular crop top.

So this is our starting point:

And these are the three designs I have finalised so far:

OMG sorry they are huge! I tried to shrink them to messageboard-size and this is what it gave me... o.O

i like the design slings 4c better. i like the full top version. for the boys, i like the long sleeve one. the font berlin is probably best removed. you can put it at the back of uni. i don't like too many fonts in front of uni. i suggest you to put the rhimestones in stylish shape (rather than just scatter it around). you probably want to change the neckline too.

I agree, 4C is what i like best. Long Sleeve for boys. For me, the sleeves are too much black (especially the boys). But it took me like a hundret years to figure out our design, i'm sure someone here will come out with great ideas.
Is the neckline for the girls just round-neck?

I like 4C the best - simple, clean, but the rhinestones give it a little bit of a wow (and also help make it not so "black"), and I like the way they are scattered :) It also looks good in both half and full-top. Only thing I'm not sold on for the girls is the neckline. For the boys, I may be in the minority here but I actually like the short sleeve - it helps to break up how much black there is in the uniform.

I liek 4c best with long sleeves for the guys! It is simple but clean and nice with the rhinestones :)

I like 4B and 4C. The rhinestones look great, but i think both are an option. I must say, very good job, i would love to wear a uni that looks like that! :D

I like 4C, with the guys long sleeve. I also think the girls neckline should be a v neck. But its very pretty and simple. good job :)

I like shorts sleeves on the boys, very collegiate looking. I like the 3rd set of uniforms best. Have you thought of changing the neckline on the girls uni a little bit.

Since these are going to be worn for games and comps I think the boys should have short sleeves. I've never met a guy who wanted to cheer a game in sleeves just because its too hot. I agree with everyone else that 4C is gorgeous. It kind of reminds me of the old Marlins uni. My only suggestion would be to think about the rhinestones in a game environment. I would hate for you to spend the money on stones and have them fall off in games. If your manufacturer can guarantee they will stay on I would definitely get them! And I actually really like the round neckline. If you're going with swirly/curvy lines on the uni you should also have a rounded neckline. As for crop vs full top, obviously crop is more comfortable to move in, but would there be any kind of negative connotation associated with showing your stomach? I know nothing about cheer in Germany but that might be something else to think about. Congrats on the new unis and good luck!!

4C! LOVE it. Or 4B if you didn't want to worry about the rhinestones like mentioned above.
Either way you go with the girls will look fabulous, crop or full top.
As for boys, I would probably let them choose. There are benefits to both and I'm not really sure what it's like cheering games in Germany. The short sleeves would be more comfortable but the long sleeves would look cleaner IMO. Good luck!

I think I'm the only one but I like 4A best. I like how the red breaks up the black and just makes it more interesting and adds another pop of color. But I would add the rhinestones like on 4C because a uniform isn't complete until it has a little sparkle! As for the sleeves for the guys, go long no matter which design you choose. It's more cohesive with the girls and I think it just makes the uniform look finished.
