For someone who actually has a chest? No probably not.

Either of these could work with the front, but I'm guessing it has an equally "creative" back making it even tougher

Could someone please suggest a bra solution for this uniform?

This style is pretty old. I wore it in 2013 with a strapless bra (if I wore one at all--it was super tight).

I hated the idea of not wearing a sports bra, but there were girls on my team much more well endowed than myself, and they didn't mind it (at least not out loud). They wore a regular bra with clear straps adjusted to fit under the neck straps. I typically wore a strapless bra to warm ups, then took it off before we went on deck and stuck it in my backpack. I hated the idea of it, but with as tight as it was, it felt like I was practicing in a long sleeved-sports bra, so it wasn't as bad as I anticipated.

If the back can accommodate a bra band, this is what CP wore strapless several years ago with a similar style top.
Since it's a "minimizer", it compresses and holds everything in place pretty well - similar to a sports bra.
