Well, it’s a cute Halloween costume...

Based on FloCheer, I’m going with practice/publicity photos.

Aside from the arm cuffs, looks like a regular sports bra/shorts practice set. I'd prefer if the straps went straight up the shoulders like a normal bra instead of the chest straps and if I were a paying parent, I'd prefer practice wear that lasted more than one season/theme, but it's fine.* I am also cool with practice wear being fun, especially if they're still wearing a classic, athletic uniform.

*If they turn around and there's a cape, I take this back.

Also, I know I am biased towards stars.

Why does practice wear have to be so elaborate? What happened with wearing a t-shirt and shorts?

Looking at pics/videos, GT Black wore it in 2010. They could have been wearing it as a "throwback" at that point, too!
