I'm not sure tbh.. heck I didn't even know she had started coaching a competitive team in HS! lolDid they call it Cheer Extreme then?
Oh you are bringing back memories for me!!! I remember competing against Q-94 Rockers at William and Mary College a few years in a row (probably about 93-96ish). They were always very good and so innovative at the time.
:(WFAS (Wake Forest All Stars) was part of a gymnastics program. They did rec teams first then went All-Stars about 11 years ago. Sadly our program disbanded this year under new management :(
Looking for a new program.
I hope you find a program that is an awesome fit for you and that you have a great season next year. I'm so sorry you had to go through that. Sending good wishes your way!No. No more WFAS. After a very tumultuous year he doors are closed. And our worlds team who won a bid back in Dec. does not get to go to Worlds this year. All very sad and heartbreaking for parents and kids. Was with them for 6 years, but it was not like it used to be and we move on to bigger and better things. Thank you for the kind words
'86 was the creation of the Q94 Rockers.
If you follow the Rocker trail, *I Believe* that they eventually (though in what year I don't know) turned into the USA Allstars. The Richmond location of USA no longer exists (and in it's time went through some mergers and buy ups, Richmond Gym history...ugh) but the Stafford (?) one does so if that counts there's a potential they've (the "brand" USA) been around quite some time. I'll see if I can't find out at work tonight...
