World's Bid Criteria for this year..

I find many flaws with the content on that link.
(beginning with but not limited to the fact that they have the wrong division names)

Also, does anyone know if it is true that you had to attend this event last year to be eligible for the PAID this year.

And does anyone know if they are awarding the bid to the TOP score or if they are awarding it to one of the top scoring teams? The way the wording is written is not clear.

And did the fees go up since last year? $145.00 per/person for Early - $155.00 for On Time Registration.

This is not DALLAS - this is not ATLANTA - this is not INDY!

The main flaw I see is that this is last year's bid eligibility form (2011), not this year's (2012)
