It may be more strategic to stack a team of 30. Who knows?
They definitely have the talent for LAG. But they may feel they'd be stronger someplace else.

Honesty hour, MAG wasn't the most competitive division in 2013, so, who knows. Clearly this year is different, there's already so many strong programs/teams in that division, but it IS a new division, and most gyms DIDN'T have a "premier" team in medium senior in the past, and the gyms that did were the major contenders. So who knows. It could be a smart move. I definitely see the shift in the industry where it's not about one "premier" team winning, but making every team good and having a consistent solid program as a whole. I think what it comes down to is whether they are going to think numbers or think tradition.

Can you point out multiple programs in the industry that do this? Because I think almost every program with multiple level 5s has a premier team.

@AndrewSky @dustinfromdiamonds You two raised some points that made me think. As much as I love F5 in LAG, they could win it all I'm MAG...there was a 20+ points drop from the top 2 teams to 3rd place. And if we go by the scores from this years Worlds, F5 would have been third, CA Aces 2nd and Orange 1st with scores a lot closer. MAG would be the best bet to bring home a globe...

You can't really go off of F5's score from LAG, as all scores are basically compared to the rest of the division, so Orange and Aces are compared to each other, whilst Twisters would be compared to SE, SS, CA, Peach, and CT - so it's a little inaccurate.

    #CaliforniaProblems.

The closest thing we have to tornadoes are 55 degree rainy days.

Random thought, what if medium senior was deleted, and large senior was capped at 32?
