Sick Lower Back Pain

two week ago we had to do same shoulder sits while holding the run-thru banner. i'm basing with 1 flyer who weights about the same weight mine. the team wasn't ready e she stayed on my shoulders more time than usually, i think about 3 minutes or so. after, my lower back begin tu hurt...
my coach says the shoulder sit was right (mount, stayed, dismount). today i'm fine...but i'm scared. do you think that my back problem are because the stunt last more long than usually?
 
That would probably most likely, but it could be a variety of other things. Does it hurt to stunt or tumble? I hope it gets better!!
 
after the game it's hurts also when i walking...
in these day instead i do my routine, stunting (also shoulder sit), tumble, dance and i'm fine...

but i'm still confused for the pain, it's last at least a week
