All-Star Standing Tucks

In standing tucks I grab my shins. In running tucks I usually don't grab anything and I just leave my arms up. In layouts I leave my arms up and don't grab anything unless I have a lazy tumbling pass I'll bring my arms down to my legs but I still don't grab.
 
for standing tucks i grab the front of my knees and i pull my knees really tight to my chest with flexed toes, i feel like this helps me rotate faster.
 
I was taught to grab my calves and it worked very well for me especially because I have long legs so it is a lot to get over...I don't pull at all in my running tuck never was taught too.
 
I pull behind my knees for standing tucks. For running I don't really grab my knees but I bring my hands to them like a tuck jump on the trampoline. For layouts I don't grab at all.
