OT Usasf Level 1 & 2 Stunting And Tumbling

Hi all,

I'm due to take my level 1 and 2 coaching course with USASF in the next month or so. I can't really find any material to revise on practical stunting and tumbling however. I know how to do the stunts required but want to make sure I don't miss any important safety points.

Any advice in general would be amazing!
