All-Star Why Is Junior Dance A Division At Worlds?

I just noticed that there is a junior dance division at Worlds. After all the debating on this board about how juniors should not be able to compete at worlds, why is it that they can for dance? I was all in agreement that it should be just for seniors.... Thoughts on Dance? I am sure it is a much smaller division but does that make it ok? Aren't rules rules for a reason?

I'm not positive but i think it is because dance is almost 1 year behind cheer at worlds. This year they had the video submission so I'm guessing next year it would be eliminated. This could be completely wrong so feel free to correct me!
