I have been wondering this for awhile. On the jumps in this picture, they have different arm positions. Which position is the correct one? i feel like it depends where your legs are. I'd say majority of athletes/gyms do a T motion, but if your jumps are super hyper-extended like some of the athletes in the pic, a low V is a mustI have been wondering this for awhile.
