So I have A LOT of power in my tumbling. The rebound I can get from a roundoff backhandspring is so high and I have the potential to have a really high tuck. However, I'm kind of scared of my power and I don't use my rebound to tuck in my roundoff handspring tuck even when I'm getting spotted...
I've had my standing tuck, then lost it, then got it again and i lost it again.

If so, post here. :)

I couldn't land my standing tuck on grass for the life of me today. Is it just a bad tumbling day or is grass actually hard to tumble on? Does this mean I wont be able to pull it off on regular cheer floor? (I'm used to spring floors)
Weird enough.. I don't have much of a problem with running...
Are roundoff tucks easier than ro bhs tucks? I'm wondering because I'm working tucks but I don't always get the highest rebound out of my backhandspring. Would it be better to try roundoff tucks first? Thanks!
Can someone please explain them to me...can you really full judges by doing them in a routine? I watch tons of videos, and it really takes me more than one look to pick them out.
watch at about 40 seconds (jump sequence) disregarding the rest of the routine as i take it this was early in the season, is there any bonus for doing tuck tuck? personally i think it looks really cool but does it do anything for scores? are there any other teams that have done this?
