Saw this today, thought it was relevant.
Teacher Faces New Sentence in Montana Rape Case - ABC News
A teacher raped his 14 year old student and the judge gave him one month in prison because the girl "looked older than her chronological age" and therefore had as much control during the situation as the teacher. She committed suicide during the trial.

This makes me feel sick.
