All-Star Fierce All Stars And Oc All Stars Join Forces?

Thank you for that. Both programs athletes, coaches, and parents are all excited. Rancho kids will practice at the OC gym once a week and vice versa. The drive is pretty, and we don't mind it. The kids are already excited for this new season to start.

Going to miss Fierce LK! :) But I used to drive an hour, give or take, to get to cheer and I agree it isn't bad if you love your gym and your team! Good luck next season!

Specially since in CF Sr. Black had a voice over in their first music that said,"I am a cheer FORCE to be reckoned with. The name is black write it down honey, don't forget it." haha

Look at the big picture people. Fierce and OC merge then they become Cali Allstars a year from now. Bucky on the Cali staff :) WOW!!!!

Where is this coming from? Somehow I don't think their end goal is to become Cali.

Ummm I dont see that happening and I wouldnt be very happy because I love going against Fierce & OC. Im sure if Bucky wanted to be on Cali staff , he would.
I truly hope this will work out for them, but I just dont see how having a seperate program just for your level 5 & 6 would work. New business name, new accounting, new uni's, etc. and you wouldnt be able to pull so easily from your lower levels from their own program (Fierce, OC) if needed, since they are a different program. I guess we will see how this works out and I hope they can create some great competition!!!

If they have a separate organization, I'm not sure any of those athletes could cross compete on lower levels at Fierce and/or OC, right?

Exactly how I feel. And plus, they said (initially) to support one another as they were the only gyms with single teams going to worlds. OC took three teams this year. Plus dance? I'm confused?

I guess where I'm confused is Fierce had a really good worlds team this year, but OC placed 25/43 in small girl on Friday and were no where close to making it to saturday of worlds. My guess is they are going to take the best kids from sm coed and small all girl and create one team they think will have a shot at getting top 3.

I don't think OC would ever merge, they are too successful. They had 16 teams out of 1 gym location this season and each year they get bigger. Who else in Cali can say that without including their MERGED gym locations??? (maybe I'm wrong, if so sorry) I was under the impression gyms merged because they can't pay their rent or grow their program and they don't want to fold/go under???

I think the state of California has so much talent but it seems that Cali Allstars is the only program that does well (consistanly medals) at Worlds. I know it's not all about Worlds but for level 5 teams it's everything or all these teams wouldnt be competiting for the paid bids like they do. Cut to the chase and let's merge some programs and become another Cheer Athletics. Even a person from PCM (coach?) has started a thread about how the judges see big time programs staying on top of all the other programs because of their name. It's not going to change! Merge and let's kick some butt at Worlds California style :)

If FIERCE/OC merge with CALI all gyms might as well merge with CALI.... ... PCM included and form 1 big CALIFORNIA program only program with that is they would be traveling out of state a lot to compete against other programs , stop the merging!!!!!!!!!!!!!! california is one of the most talented states for cheer CALI OC FIERCE PCM CHEERFORCE POWER so much talent in that state!!! i love me some CALIFORNIA competition

The O/C is yellow for OC
and then in the middle of the "O" is "IE",

Johns way of incorporating both gyms names. We all love it, it's perfect for us.

PCM's worst nightmare would be for Firece / OC to merge with Cali someday. Never say never!!!

Why would PCM have nightmares over any scenario? If it were to happen I wish only the best for those gyms involved. PCM will still do PCM....and they do that quite well!

I got the concept, but it’s still weird...

Sort of like when I heard Victory senior 5's music said "Say My Name" for the first time and just stop and stared at the person next to me. I just wouldn’t take something someone else is known for and try to use it as mine. Especially when they are that close and you attend the same competitions. It’s kind of awkward.

Please dont have the team name be something with a "Z" at the end.
