My schedule was:

Monday: Practice 3-6
Tuesday: Weightlifting 5-7, Mandatory Study Tables 7-9
Wednesday: Practice 3-6
Thursday: Weightlifting 5-7, Mandatory Study Tables 7-9
Friday: Practice 3-6
Saturday: Practice 8-11 then Doubler Header GAME at 1 then 4
Sunday: OFF (most times)


Closer to competition, we add more practice time too.
 
My practices are:
Monday 6-8 pm
Wednesday 6-8 pm
Tumbling on Thursday: 7:30-8:30 pm
Occasionally open gym: Friday 3-4 pm
Saturday: 9 am-12 pm

So minimum 8 hours and maximum 9 (:
