I'm not buying into the bandwidth- myth. I never had any problems with that on any other website other than Varsity yesterday (not even with another livestream yesterday).

Unfortnately it is true and not a myth. Many people with the issue who reset their modem saw a major improvement in the buffer because their connection was restarted from their provider.

Also, it is a regular ol' twitter feed, nothing fancy where it is connected to the stream so it has nothing to do with the video
