Well, if you can teach her to do a mean mani-pedi, ship her little sassy self out here and she can be on a Cali team. We don't have a Y5 but there is a senior 5.1. ;)

I have had many years of experience in cheer and the competition industry . I know what kind of pressure the kids can handle and what they can't . I do not believe for one second , that this short notice will hurt the teams chances of being successful . As long as I have parents and kids to trust me , we will be known as the next big thing .

I'm curious where these Youth 5 kids are going to come from since like Cheer Dad said........the programs in that area with established Y5 teams already have full roster's. There just aren't unlimited amount of kids level 5 in the 11 and under age bracket who aren't already committed to a team already, running around.

No one except who's on the team will have the teams name . There are still plenty of elite cheerleaders around who want to be on a team or leave their current gym for whatever reason . No disrespect , but if you're here to insult my intelligence , I ask that you leave this thread please. I am not here for drama , I am just looking for new members . Team name will not be revealed until a video trailer is out and the girls are getting ready for their first competition .

Well, I live in NC........not far from Raleigh......and my suggestion would be to watch how you speak to potential customer's since, you know, you're here to ask people to come to your gym that you can't tell us the name of yet.

***I wasn't insulting your intelligence, I was attempting to have a conversation about your potential team. And since I do live within 1 1/2 of you and do have an allstar cheerleader (although not youth age)....... well you get the idea.

How do you plan to advertise without a team name? Or is this thread your sole plan to bring kids into your "gym"? I guess I don't understand a business model that is somehow built on brand secrecy.

That was polite? WOW. It's not that hard to understand what I was saying. I feel like I was very clear. As a potential customer of your's I was curious where these Y level 5 kids would be coming from since, most kids are already committed for the season. How would a potential client get your contact info? Do you have a travel schedule for this season? What are your tuition rates? What's your gym address for GPS to see how long it will take me to get there? Your goal is to start with a Y5 team.........my child isn't youth age so when do you potentially see older age teams being added? How many day's a week do you practice? Is tumbling included in your fee's? What are your registration fee's? Estimated Competition Fee's?

I first did gymnastics at three , then danced all my life still do. That's both dance and gymnastics . Than I started off with Pop Warner all through out elementary school . Then I did my middle school cheer team , then my full high school career I did the Varsity competition team that has many national titles. Forgot to mention , starting in 7th grade is when I started all star at Cheer extreme and did it all the way through the end of high school. While I was in high school , I got the opportunity to help coach a pop warner team as well as an Small All star gym that has a youth level five and I actually did that for many years after I got old enough to help teach because my coaches knew where I wanted to go with my cheer career . They did everything to help me and they are the reason for my success .
