Hey, my advice is to work on it on the tumble track! It reminds you to set and use your technique. But don't get use to that height because you will have to push and go harder on the ground! ake sure you do twisting drills like candle stick twists and work on your core. The stronger your core, the easier the twisting and fulls will be! Make sure your not twisting off the ground and that your going into your layout first Hope this helps!
