Maybe because it was an at large? It's still early in the season, so maybe they're aiming for a paid/partial paid. (I don't know if this is true or not. That's just my guess)

My guess is they want to take 20 girls to worlds, they competed with 16 this weekend. Instead of holding onto the bid they declined it bc they would have had to re-bid anyway. Just an educated guess. Lol.

CheerUpdates said they had a few injuries, so they'd have to get a new bid anyway.

No harm in declining an AL bid in November, that's for sure.
