I actually have no idea if they're even there this year. That's what happens when you retire & have finals to take this week :( . However, I do enjoy reading updates during study breaks!

They all deserved it. It came down to who HIT today, and who hit hardest, with the most difficulty and cleanliness and all sorts of technical things. The winners EARNED it. Every team has seniors. And no one should win "because they haven't won worlds in a while."

*don't think I'm bashing stars or anyone else because all of these teams definitely had the potential to take home a globe this year

No I agree! I see where you're coming from on that and that you aren't trying to bash anyone. It was a hard choice and I know they all deserved it I just was hoping for someone new to win. It would have been pretty exciting but congrats to CEA
