I'm not irish, so I cant even use that as an excuse for why I am practically transparent....

my whole team tried to have an "intervention" for nationals this year... normally I'm legit the same color as my uni, so they tried every excuse in the book for why i needed a tanning package. after refusing for the 308509385 time, my boyfriend tells me he already gave my roommate money for the package, so if i didnt use it, he would be upset that i wasted his money. needless to say, i was practically black for nationals this year...

haha oh wow! and i thought my "intervention" was bad. the first time i put on a dress for this year's warm weather my dad flat out told me he would pay for a spray tan

I feel like people aren't realizing that technique and as you just said, difficulty and cleanliness are what separates teams. Two teams can do the same stunts and dance etc. but if team a does it neater and with better technique they will win as they should.

Exactly. Both Senior Elite and SOT have won Worlds before with a fall in finals. Not saying I agree with it, but it is what it is. Unfortunately some people are too busy making up conspiracy theories and whining about the "fixed" results, to listen logic and reason...

hahaha thats awful. I just embrace the jokes at this point, because jokes will be on them when we are in our early 30s and they look 80 and im still over here like what I still get IDed.
