In standing tumbling, yes. It's allowed in running though.
Correct me if I'm wrong, the rules only say "in standing tumbling only" when it talks about that rule.

I help coach them now but Lewis_Duh_ deserves all the credit. He's a great choreographer and phenomenal coach. Hopefully we clean up and put on a show tomorrow and get a paid bid :)

The hitch-kick double downs are cool, but I feel like if they're all going to travel when you come down, you might as well make it choreo..because the instability kinda takes away from the difficulty.
