part of me just wants to tweet to every single one of these people to tell them to dispute the charge with their CC. put your money where your mouth is.

i had two solid years of my stream holding on to its node and hitting when it counted most, so i figured this year would push my luck and i opted not to purchase. good call, self. (and don't forget the raise in $$ for a lesser quality product)
