I imagine at session 12 awards because that's the session where all the other level 5 teams are that weren't in session 8 & it's the last award session of the night.

Nope, they didn't. They'll probably announce them during the JAMSession #12 awards because that's the session with the other level 5 divisions & they have to know scores from both sessions first.

How do they decide who gets the full paid bids? What is it based off of? Sorry I'm a cheer dad but don't know MOST of the rules. :cool:

some competitions its high score.. others its who they want to represent them.. im not sure about Jamfest.. Im pretty sure it is based off score.

It depends on the competition company. I *think* Jamfest does it by highest scores (don't quote me on that though) but like All Star Challenge, for example, picks whoever they feel will best represent their company regardless of scores.
