So I need to get more hight in my standing tuck and I also need to work on getting a tighter grip on my legs while rotating. Are there any drills that I can do at home that will help with that?

I have a standing full kind of on and off. I only have tumbling once a week and I know the obvious answer is to get in the gym more but at my college we only have access to the gymnastics gym once a week. Are there any drills I can do at home throughout the week to help me keep my standing full?
